Course Access

Participants will be confirmed for class enrollment within five business days following their registration and payment clearance. They will receive an e-mail communication that includes their registration receipt, and pre-course work.

 

Participant Conduct

Participants in any VPM Academy course must abide by the house rules as set forth during the first day of the course, to include, but not limited to:

• Being respectful of other class participants

• Arrive to course on time

• Not participate in distractive behavior

 

Registration Cancellation

Participants may cancel their registration and receive a refund within 5 business days of their enrollment, provided the participants payment was not declined within the 5 business day post enrollment window.  A cancellation fee of $100 will be assessed.  After 5 days from enrollment date or if pre-course work has been delivered to participant, no refunds will be processed.
